Poverty Reduction and Microcredit Program

Since 2005, we have supported 4,836 poor households in sustainably escaping poverty. Currently, 2,632 poor households are receiving micro loans from Anh Duong to help improve their finances through farming, agriculture, fishing or owning a small business. During the first year, we offer the microloan at 0% interest to help them get used to the program. In the third cycle of the loan, we apply a 0.5% interest rate to cover local administrative costs. We have a team of experienced staff members working in the community, helping to manage and co-operate with local authorities. People can always easily communicate with us through our team.

According to our research, on average, poor households increase their income by 25% after one year of participating in Anh Duong’s microcredit program.

With a 99% refund rate, it indicates that they utilize the microcredit for its intended purpose and allocate their investments effectively.
